Q - Can i plug my boat in?
A - Absolutely!  We just ask that you bring your own extension cord.

Q - How far are you from the boat ramp?
A - We are less than 2 Miles to bennett boat ramp. be sure to purchase your parks pass!

Q - Do we need to bring coffee?
A - No, we provide coffee grounds & filters.

Q - Are there places to eat in town?
A - Yes.  There is Anglers (pizza), B&A Marina (seasonal), Bullfrogs, and Kims. 

Q - Where is the closest grocery store?
A - About 28 miles away, north and south. There is a safeway in wheatland and a safeway in douglas.  Depending on which direction you are coming from, you will want to make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. if you forgot something, please ask, we may have what you need.

Q- What are the cancellation fees?

A - We understand that plans can change; however, because our property is a short-term vacation rental and reserved dates are removed from availability once booked, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, less a $100 administrative processing fee.

• 30 days or less before arrival: no refund will be issued

• early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. 

• Reservations may only be rescheduled at the owner's discretion and are subject to availability. Any approved date changes may be subject to current rental rates and applicable fees.

• we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including illness, weather, travel disruptions, or other circumstances that may require cancellation.
